Howard County residents who do not currently own residential property in Kokomo and have not owned residential property in the past two years, or those who live outside the county may qualify for this first-come first-served program.

Eligible exterior projects available to new homeowners of recently purchased exisiting vacant homes located in the City of Kokomo include, but not limited to: Windows and Doors, Siding, Professional Painting, Porch Repair and New Sidewalks.
